No never any illness that I was aware of. I never really considered comb/wattle removal, though it might make sense for some people in some climates. I keep telling myself to switch to a breed that is rose comb or cushion comb, but single comb birds appeal to me, so I haven't gotten their yet.

Right now they're all just mixed but there's ameraucanas, cream legbars, Rhodebars, RSL, Marans, and some mutts. Right now I'm only hatching chicks by request since I don't have breeding pens built yet. The turkeys will be mostly Bourbon buffs and red bronze :)

We have only had fish for 4 months now and we enjoy it. We set up a beautiful 45gallon tank in my DDs room and the fish were doing great, but one day the filter stopped working and since we have other spare tanks we have collect we decided to set up a smaller 10 gallon in the living room instead of buying a new filter for the large tank. I do wish we had the 45gallon in the livingroom, but it is DDssince she did her work and found all her fish items for free. Shes thinking of using it for a snake, though she may take the spare 20gallon for a snake and give me the 45gallon for fish [IMG] lol.
