I have 7 pips and 2 zipping. Not seeing/hearing anything out of the others yet. My first pips was at 7 am and they are the 2 zipping now. Driving me nuts lol I am too excited. I have an alarm on my phone that's several chicks chirping so when they stop chirping too long I play it to "wake" them back up and they start chirping and working on the shell. Lol.. Ready for them to hatch now!
Don't forget though that they do need some rest too. Hatching is super hard for them and they need plenty of energy to hatch.
The membrane looks ok, nice and white. Tan colour is what you need to look for as this indicates drying out. Good luck with the little one and great catch on not giving up on it!
