I'm trying to wait patiently for our hatch but the anxiety is horrid!!! After the long wait and poor treatment on our shipped eggs we have 6 out of 18 in, 2 are questionable. We candled on days 8 and 15, planning on doing it again before we go into lockdown. I see so many suggestions on when to go into lockdown....we put in at 10am on the 10th so is it tomorrow for lockdown? On an interesting note one of the little cracked eggs that I bandaged made it to day 15 and looked good!

Lockdown is not that strict of a time. You can work around your own schedule.I also set on the 10th at 12.00 noon I am locking down on Wed. at noon. but this link says tomorrow is lock down http://homesteadapps.com/app/free/hatchchart/hatchturnscheentry.php
Perfect!you are right there is no strict time, one school hatch was lockdown 4 days early because of a 3 day weekend and they hatch fine.
