Wow! Very close! What breed is your roo? Mine is a mystery he was given to me as a white leghorn but is not.... he weights 14 lbs and is very well behaved. I think I will be setting some eggs from his pen this go around.... depending on space in the bator. Lol

White Jersey Giant, they have dark slate grey legs so I don't think your roo is a giant but could be a Giant Leghorn cross, I've seen some huge one's of those. There is big white austalorps also, but they are pretty rare, and have dark legs also.
I'm hoping to hatch giant/naked necks. Have a naked neck rooster in with my giant hens also, hoping to set eggs from each coop.

He is a keeper no matter what he is..... lol I am hoping to get some bigger boys for eating and have some decent layers maybe of a large variety. We have named the roo tree beard, he has 7 turkens, my biggest welsummer, 2 dark cornish, 2 light brahma and 2 delaware hens. I am excited to see what we get!
