Okay guys I've talked to DH2B and we are planning to set quail eggs for the hatch a long!

Since we'll be running only one incubator I decided to wait for our chicken eggs and just do the quail eggs. Unless I'm walking by the incubator slip and a few chicken eggs fall in lol.

You may notice the egg collector on the front that the eggs will roll into. Inside is the loft for their sand bath. They can climb up the ramp, i heard they like that.

And my wife just forced me to pick up 5 Silver Laced Wyandotte pullets that I sent her a picture of from Tractor Supply...Soon as we got home we had to get a jump on getting our chick stuff going again! I thought I was going to have a month or so for that!

So.....today i went into the guinea tractor and there were 3 eggs! Not sure if maybe the others are laying elsewhere but i am going to put more nest boxes up. Which means i NEED another incubator!

I just ordered a Hovabator Genesis 1588 today. So I'll see how it works
