Curiosity question of the day..........

Do you all get that panicked look when a NON chicken person asks how many chickens you have? (I know I do)

I get shocked looks when I tell people that I have 22 hens, 5 roosters, however many chicks I have at that time, 5 ducks, one boar, two sows and 8 piglets. The number never stays the same, either. Especially in spring when I’m hatching and the piggies are having litters.

I have in the 40's. I refuse to count them. And I have bees too.

It is easier now that I have down sized!

The bobcat down sized for me, then I up sized again. After I hatch this year, I'll have to down size some again.
