We didn’t get around to the pig until today. DH and my brother are taking care of the actual killing right now while I hide inside with my coffee. My job is packaging and cooking. Got my freezer paper ready and the oven preheating.

And I've still got 10 days to wait before I can set my Buttons! I do have a few Coturnix due to hatch the day before though. Fertility is down as it's Autumn here, but my Buttons are inside so they should still be good.
