I got room for eight eggs. One of my araucana hens appears to be broody & is sleeping on Eggs in the nest box tonight. Mmmmmm. May give her some eggs back if she is dedicated through next week when it warms up. My giant brahmas are 100% fertile. Wow. My roo is 5 Years old. He's been a bachelor & my pet up til New year's hatch. He's in heaven in the hen house...he doesn't know me now. Lol.

13 Cream legbar, 9 Olive eggers, 5 that are sex link x salmon Faverolles from my layers. Young birds, might not be fertile but some have been.

Oh I’ve done the might not be fertile thing too. 100% of 5.

Good morning Mike I may get more of Speckled Sussex as the eggs I received seem to be very small. Might start a staggered hatch next week. Besides having birds from two different breeders might not be such a bad thing.

I cannot wait to set my serama eggs tommorrow! I have 8 in a carton so far, but none have laid today yet. I'm thinking about adding a few in the bator after I set them. Would this be okay?

(Is hoping I somehow get a mauve serama)
