This is a 7 week old EE named Douche Bag. This chick was the one chick I thought had died during the drive home from the hatchery. I set it aside and watered all the others and when I came back to it, it was still alive. I thought it had brain damage from lack of oxygen because it promptly got stuck in the feeder and had other small calamites that made me think "This bird is a douche bag" and Douche Bag stuck. This bird grew the fastest and was really prettier than the others.

Hubby and I are beginning to suspect Douchers might be a Dude.

Can any of you experts tell? I appreciate any help.

think im going with a roo

EDIT: of course i could be wrong, no experiences with EEs. just Old englishs. but the reason i say its a rooster is because of the color. rooish looking hackle (neck) feathers to me, and looks like hes getting spur bumps
