Clucky has a eyesight issue, born with it, her accuracy is off so it's hard for her to grab small things in certain angles so a pile of Mealworms in my hand is easiest for her so no matter where her aim ends up she gets something. She has worked hard and is tough, even pecks at her Roo when she feels he has crossed the line!
