Night Stalker walked into the cave where Lightning was with Amarillo Rose and Lady Estella. They dragged Lightning into the clearing and cut the ropes binding her. "You are free to go." Night Stalker said coldly, eyeing her swollen belly.

Lightning came out from the cave, head low, ears flat against her head. Sweat beaded her face, as the cave had been smoldering.

Wind was talking with his council near the woods.

Lightning sighed, then pushed through the bushes into SageMint's territory.

Little Cloud looked up when she heard the bushes rustle, "MOM!" She ran to her, "Dad! Come quick! Mom's back!"

Wind looked up from the other stallions and his eyes lit up as he ran to Lightning. "Darling!"

"Darling, you will be glad to know that Jay has been captured and placed in a holding cell." Wind smiled.
