"No, really?" Jay sneered sarcasticly.

"Shut up." The guard snapped.

He only laughed.

 

[LittleLady98]

Arrow trotted in to check on the guard, he was a little over a year by now. "What's your report?" He asked the guard.

"The prisoner has healed enough to walk, he can soon be sent to the humans." The guard said.

"Very well." Arrow turned and walked out to tell the news to Wind.

Jay watched him go, his eyes were hungry, almost greedy.

"Are we done here?" He asked impatiently.

 

[LittleLady98]

"Not until your next trial. This time Lightning will have a say in it." Arrow hissed, walking out before Jay could answer.

Jay rolled his eyes, but he contented himself by looking at Lightning's belly, knowing his foal was in there.

Wind gathered the herd together a few days later, "Today is the day of the final decision for Mocking Jay's fate! Today, we have justice for the wounds that Jay has caused! Today, is his last chance!" Wind called from the top of the Great Rock as guards drug Jay out in front of the herd and tied him down.

Jay sat quietly, a look of defiance painted plainly on his face and unable to hide the smug look on his face as he looked at Lightning. "Have you changed your minds since the last verdict?" He asked boredly.

"We haven't." Wind snarled, "But today, your fate lies in the power of Lightning."
