By this time, Night Stalker was also listening "Perhaps it was before Wind joined Sagemint." He said "If so, I wonder if he knows his mate is a murderer."

Jay nodded absently "Were there any other survivors?"

"Do you know where any of them are? They might be able to help."

Race limped back, all but Ash following.

"Race!" Wind cried, running to him. "Race, are you okay?"

"Night Stalker's herd ambushed us...they took Ash Fire and Jay..." He coughed.

Lightning's eyes grew wide. They'll come for Sitka next... She thought.
Foxvalley came up. "I can organize an attack patrol." He said.

"Jay told us to give you a message, he said that he would be back for Sitka." Dragon wheezed.

"Fox, organize the attack." Wind's nostrils flared.
