Don & Deb McCullers in Georgia.
I found em on Facebook through a cochin group called Candy Cochins.
They arrived ALL in great condition...gonna let em rest then candle em and set em tonight!
Here's the colors they sent!!!

CM Chocolate mottle,
BFC Black/Chocolate can be smooth or frizzle,
BBM Blue/Black mottle can be smooth or frizzle,
CC Calico/Mille can be smooth or frizzle,
LB Lavender/Black can be smooth or frizzle
Oh awesome! I will have to look around for some of those groups!! :)

Speaking of cochins...
Did you see the "bobtail" colored cochin the McCullers have on the Facebook group for Cochin Candy?! I had to look it up as I was confused thinking it was like a cat with no tail...but in cochins it actually is referring to the color and it is stunning!!!

They so are!!! Out of all the colors she has I didn't get a single of those or porcelain and only 1 buff that didn't make it.
So I'm holding out this one egg that is LAVENDER/ black is actually LAVENDER!!! Then the others will probably sell...only 5 remaining and its day 12.

Lavender would be amazing too! Would be so pretty on a fluffy Cochin! I would also love lavender mottled 😍 I sure hope you get at least one of the colors you wanted! ❤️

Oh my gosh y’all, it has been just so busy here! Finally feeling a bit more human after my surgery. The chicken life has been rough here lately 😭 One of my sweet Orloffs was taken by our first predator attack and I had to move a sneaky broody for her safety. She didn’t handle it and abandoned her 13 eggs, I felt so bad. With my surgery, I’m just not set up to hatch out chicks and was going to give her the chance to raise them. Then my favourite WTB didn’t respond to treatment for what looked like sour crop/vent gleet and passed tonight. So for a bit of cheering up, here’s my lovey Jellybean the blue bantam Cochin going to school this afternoon for show and tell

Ahhh I’ve been wondering where you’ve been!! I’m so sorry to hear about your chicken losses :-( I lost two of my sweet ladies to unfixable sour crop/impacted crop. It’s so hard to deal with because there’s nothing else wrong and you try all the things :-( I love that your Cochin got to go for show and tell! He looks like he had a good time 😍

I hope you are recovering well and things get better for you! Glad to see you back on the threads! :)
