The BlackAdder with Rowan Atkinson

I like Black Adder, but my heart skips a beat every time I hear Hyacinth Bucket's(it's booo-quet) voice. "Mind the pedestrian!"

I love most of the British humor series. Have the whole sets of Waiting for God, Vicar of Dibley, Keeping Up Appearances, Last of the Summer Wine, Are You Being Served, Are You Being Served (Again), and Fawlty Towers. I have a VHS tape of some of the BlackAdder series but haven't watched it. Oh, we also have the one where the suburban couple quits their jobs and goes self-sufficient, but I can't remember the name of it right this minute. Are there any others that are good? My DD has most of AbFab, so I've watched that one, but DH doesn't like it much. Has anyone seen Clatterford? That one looked like it might be good. I bought one season of Father Ted, then decided I didn't care for that one enough to buy the rest.

Doc Martin is another series I like. Sometimes it's hysterical, then others are a bit heartbreaking. A good mix.

I love the BlackAdder! Love how Baldric moves that big mole, or was it a boil, around on his face! Not sure I've seen any of the Victorian series though. Hyacinth is my absolute favorite in Keeping Up Appearances and I got the Vicar of Dibley set 25 cents an episode from our library sale last year. Not in the comedy bracket but hubby and really love the All Creatures great and Small series. I checked everything out from the library. I love most British humor. They do know how to poke fun at themselves.
