This is Waddles, she is a broody monster!! She hatched two khakis this morning. having trouble getting pictures of them.

I had a 5 foot oak snake eat 5 week old muscovy ducklings at one time. It was so fat it couldn't get back out of the brooder. That was a sad day.

Wow I have seen a 6'blk snake eat a Muscovy egg and only one never would have thought they could eat week old ducklings and 5 at that. so sorry.

Well Waddles has hatched 5 babies and they are all Khaki Campbell LOL!! None my Khakis will set so she took over. Im never telling her they are not hers!!

Me either, I was so mad. I have never seen a snake eat so much at one time. So far I have been lucky and haven't had seen anymore.

Now you have new babies and Congrats on that but watch them close seems the snakes and other preds know when their are new arrivals too. Waddles looks like she is a good mama.

Yes it was, I waited 6 months to get then from County Hatchery. I put them in the brooder in the AM and he got in that afternoon.

I will I'm on red alert! Thank you she is the best she will raise anything you put under her.

I must seriously miscalculated my hatch date cause I candled them again yesterday and everyone is alive and kicking so now I have no idea when they are coming
