Trap the cat.. and bring it to be put down humanely in the shelter.
Remember its NOT the cats fault..its hungry.. its trying to hunt to EAT and stay alive. Blame the loser that had a cat in the first place and didnt take care of it.

I watched it today and it came from a neighboring house.. Unfortunately it came from these neighbors that are kinda.. Well I don't wanna say anything bad but... I've heard loud cussing, arguements, cussing at (kids? or some girl), and odd habits. My mom told me not to talk to them about their cat, I agreed.
I've already made a complaint to my county's animal control online, no response yet but I'll call them on Monday.
My mom is not okay with my dad's ideas of getting rid of it by killing it, but I think it depends on the situation really. I'd rather catch it and take it to a shelter (far far away) but if it's attacking one of my babies I'll give the good one-two here and there.
Is there anything I can spray around the fence to keep the thing away?

It doesn't look hungry. It looks to be in tip top shape, but kinda pudgy at the same time. I'm hoping it's not pregnant and decided to use my flock as a food source -___-

My dad has a pellet gun.. No pellets though my mom hid them away somewhere. LOL..
I have now made 2 complaints to animal control. Ugh hurry up and reply!

The pellet gun wouldn't kill it anyway,just injure it, and that's not right. Call AC and get a trap. Or, tame it, catch it, and bring it to a shelter.

Is there a fee for bringing in the animal? I'm not going to tame it... I am allergic to cats and I'd rather eat honey ants than tame a cat. Last thing I want is it coming in the yard everyday just because I was nice to it. Backyard it would get mangled by my dogs and frontyard it would mangle my flock.
My dad says SSS, my just throws rocks at it if she sees it, and I'm still trying to get a trap.

get some bottle rockets.... shoot them toward the cat...he won't come back....or if he doesn't belong to anyone call animal control.
