You have no idea, lol.....I love my girls (chickens), but 6 weeks in our kitchen constantly having to vacuum and clean up after them is wearing on my nerves. We all will be much happier when we finish, lol.

VERY VERY nice. You should be very proud. And that door looks great. Great to see you're using hardware cloth all around so your kitchen chicks will be safe.

Having raised your chicks in the house with all that attention, they will remain very friendly.

I started my first chickens in the house and at 1 1/2 yrs old, they remain very friendly. The ones to come later were raised out in the shop and aren't as friendly towards me.

I can't wait to see pictures as you complete everything.

Looks like a job well done. It is rewarding to have something to show for all of your hard work. It looks like it will be safe and secure. Great job!

If you are referring to the foundation made of treated 4'x4's, we used lag screws to put them together. If you are referring to the vertical supports, we made each wall separately using 2'x4's and used "L" brackets to attach the boards. The framed walls are just screwed together using 2" galvanized decking screws.

I hope this answered your questions....If not, ask again, lol.
