"There are only two of them" Ainsley whispered to Hailey "Should we move in?"

Hailey considered this "Go in alone, don't show yourself"

Ainsley nodded and dropped from the branch, landing on all fours and slinking into the trees like a cat. Her dark skin hid her in the shadows as she crept closer.

Jareth watched closely from the tree, studying his mentor to learn from her.

Erin, part of the lost ones, walked around. Her jet black eyes sparkled and her hair was hardly to be seen. The bright moon sparkled after sunset. She looked up at the moon, while she sat at the top of a leafless tree. Her fang-like teeth twinkled, as she rubbed her tiny fingers along the rigid ends.

He didn't move a muscle, only continued to watch Eric. When a bird flew out of the tree he was sitting in with a loud alarm call, he didn't even flinch.

Nix was watching the leaves fall and branches shiver, oblivious to all and every; at least that was until a sharp thwack caught his shin. "Eii---"
"Hush." Kasten whispered, removing his staff from Nix's path, and sore knee.
