For the finishing touch, Charlot dug around in a pouch and got out a slingshot he had finally finished widdling out of a log the other day, and shot a large rock at McKinnon. Swiftly, it slammed against the beast's head and left a painful, bleeding bruise before his world went dark. "Good work, men. I'll go grab a team of horses and Marc, while you can go fetch a medic for Dion, Charlot. And Gustave, you watch the dragon," said Ulrich. He quickly sped off to the village. In not too long, Charlot came back with help for Dion, who took him away to the medical house on a covered horse-drawn sled. Over the hill came a team of several large draft stallions, driven by Marc and Ulrich. Among them was a mass of rope. They went up the winding route to the castle and came into a secret entrance, that blended perfectly into the stone walls and lead them into the hallway of a dungeon. At first they barely managed to squeeze through the dank candle-lit hallway, until it widened and unveiled a long stretch of prison cells. As they entered the castle, McKinnon began to regain conciousness. His eyes opened slightly and began to take in his surroundings. At the same time he realized that he was tied up and began to thrash against that ropes that held him, growling slightly at the same time.

Charlot hit him in the head with a rock from the slingshot again, hoping it would cause him to doze a little bit. They then dropped him off in the dark, giant corner stall, bedded in scratchy straw and built sturdily. Marc shut the door quickly on him and locked it tight, leaving him bound up to the strong ropes. After several long minutes, footsteps could be heard coming down the hall...
