No thats actually their dust bath/bin I like to use tubs like these because 1 they're sturdy enough for chicks and young birds 2 they're cheap and 3 I can fill it up with a lot of dirt so that they can rearrange it, dig at it and find all sorts of goodies, or you know just rocks to throw at Cruella's face

Omg-how did I not get the joke (let's just pretend it's because it's late) But the answer is both, Ursula goes to the food wherever it is, but Cruella likes her food IN the dust bath. Well as you'd imagine I threw some in but Napoleon got in faster and dug it out, then Ursula jumped in and bathed for a while
