Aww, I love you lamps!!You already did, Aunty!
I had a two foot board up over the bottom of the entrance of my run to keep my new goslings and my WH drake in until the goslings were settled and the drake was done trying to join the neighbor's flock, and still allow the chickens out. The pekin of course couldn't get over it either - until I caught her in the yard the other day. I was concerned she wouldn't be able to get back to her nest, so I carefully herded her back in, moving the board to get her in and then reblocking the run.
They are so pretty! I love each one.Good morning from the desert, part of the flock getting their morning treat. They stopped to pose for a photo first. All of these are Muscovy's, the two on the bottom are black, on the top left is a black barred, on the right is the chocolate bronze.

Hope everyone is starting their week off great!
Not a Peke, but my lil' call duck hen is known for jumping vertically up and out of her 2-foot high crate where she sleeps at night! Now I'm convinced I should try and teach them to jump through hoops and hurdles, that'd be one heck of a good act to take on the road![]()
