Geez, I never realized they get that bare. My girls have less feathers on the top of their heads, but I only have 6 hens of breeding age right now. The Ameraucana's are 20 weeks old, so I'm sure they'll be getting tagged soon. But their backs are fine.

Sure , and its likely if the EE is carrying much Araucana blood . Seems most EE are more of the Ameraucana type though , probably because of the fertility problems associated with rumplessness .
