Don't hit me if I'm wrong but I think that is a pullet. I also, agree that it is a little early rto really tell yet.
I was also thinking pullet though it is way to early to tell. Definitely post pics again when it is around 4-6weeks old.
Very lovely girls you have..... I just love my EE's, welcome to the groupHiyas. My girls are finally starting to look like chickens so I am making the rounds to the breed threads. One of my girls in an EE so I decided to drop in. Her name is Eleanor. She's been my favorite since day one. We named her for her puffy cheeks as a chick, after the littlest Chipette from the Chipmunks. All of my girls are getting along really well, no one really seems to be bossy or mean to the others. None are cuddly or like to be touched either. Eleanor is big momma though. She was the largest until recently when my Welsummer passed her. It seems she's the one everyone like to snuggle with or looks to for comfort. You rarely find her alone. I think she keeps the group together.
Eleanor at a couple weeks
Around 1 month, The littlest one Onyxia (BSL) looking for protection from Ely when an airplane flew over.
Ely with Tea (Welsummer) around 2 months.
And the most recent Ely and Onyxia taken today at about 10 weeks.

EE's can go broody. In my case out of the 15 EE/OE I have only had 1 OE go broody this year, and she is a mean mama. No one is allowed around her chicks. She was even fighting with my roo over them. My BCM's and 1 BO are broody almost all summer. Last year my BO grew out 3 batches. But we had a late start this year. The groundhog was wrong! and it has been a cool wet summer here. The OE that went broody is a Splash maran X double blue gene EE. so maybe she got the maran broody gene LOL
