The 3 wing pictures, first 2 are boys last one is girl. Knock on wood i have yet to be wrong about this with my hatchesAll right I have 36 EE & EE crossed to Welsummer for OE chicks. Watching how fast their wings are growing and so many of them also sprouting tail feathers I think I have almost all boys! I am hoping that is not the case, but... These hatched April 7 and all of them are from my red EE boy Pretty sure this one is a boy as well as all it's siblings; they look much alike; thick legs, tails & wings, Mamma was half black australorp and half EETheir mamma was a Welsummer pullet
This ones wings are not growing so fast as most of the others, from a black & white EE hen
her wing spread
then some have wings that look like these
This one from a Welsummer/Leghorn cross hen and my red EE boy
Just trying to figure this out; they are sooo tiny at hatch I can't vent sex, I"ve tried. Scared I will hurt them. I have more hatching now that I want to sell but so many people only want sexed pullets....
