I'll be looking around for an AM or EE Roo. Thanks for the great advice/help! Much appreciated.

Hmmm.. well maybe you can find somebody with AMs around your area - who has some extra cockerels they don't want for their breeding program. The good thing about them, if they are good lines they will have two blue egg genes - so all the kids will carry it. If you breed those daughters back to the AM you will have a lot carrying two genes again - and you can keep your pretty blue eggs. It will also much improve the hatchery stock - bigger birds and nicer attitudes. Altho my EEs are friendly - the AMs were even calmer than the EEs...
Another option - if you have a way to hatch eggs.. find somebody with AMs or EE eggs for sale that come from blue eggs. They will have at least one blue egg gene - and the girls will lay blue/green eggs.... just a thought....

An those are going to be consumed tonight but I know my girls I will prob have about 20 by tomarrow pink blue olive brown lt brown ect
Louisiana shipping should not be high prob $7-8 at most I have shipped serama eggs an only about$7
I havent actually seen them lay. All 3 sing the I laid an egg song. I go out and look and sometimes there will be an egg and sometimes not. I have been trying to keep an eye on them but it's hard when ya got other things to do during the day. I know my Buff Orpington is laying, I have seen her push out an egg, twice! She is the same age as my EE's.Tamihunter, I haven't had one that laid anything but blue or green. Are you sure your EEs are the ones laying? That would be very bad luck to get two that both lay white.
