hi everyone! I'm new to this thread but i have 1 beautiful EE, 7 months old but still not laying. this is my first ee, is it normal for them to take that long? she did have a sister but she was carried away but a hawk as a chick![]()
You may need extra light this late in the year . They need 12 - 14 hours of light to lay well . A lamp timer works very well for this . Without extra light you may not get any eggs until spring .
