The EE braggers thread!!!

hi everyone! I'm new to this thread but i have 1 beautiful EE, 7 months old but still not laying. this is my first ee, is it normal for them to take that long? she did have a sister but she was carried away but a hawk as a chick

You may need extra light this late in the year . They need 12 - 14 hours of light to lay well . A lamp timer works very well for this . Without extra light you may not get any eggs until spring .
 
So I have an EE that first laid a light brown egg with some specks. Now she is laying blue eggs with specks. Anyone else have an EE that changed the color of her eggs?
I don't know who, but I had a similar experience.
The pale pink eggs are the ones usually laid by my Salmon Favorelles. One day this chocolate egg arrived.....I have no idea why. It has not happened since, so I can only assume it was a freak happening. Chickens have an uncanny way of freaking us out.

I don't know what EE of my gives me the green eggs but they so pretty I get one almost everyday Yeaterday I go two green EE Eggs. Here is a pic of one of my green eggs
