Congratulations!Saw that this said "braggers" so, I thought I would. I have 10 EE's of different ages. 5 are laying and have been for about 6 months, the other 5 are 17 weeks or were this past Sunday. So, I go out to collect eggs and saw one of my young EE's nesting (on the floor) shoot, but anyway, thought she was just pretending, but NO, she laid this perfect tiny egg!!!!!!

Even though your birds are all similar I would wonder how good they are at producing eggs and second do you keep roosters ? They are pretty and healthy looking and if they are good layers and you breed them, your flock would become more varied as it grows.
These are some of my EE's. I thought I had variety when they were chicks, but they all kind of look the same. I'm a little bored with them actually. I heard they get friendlier when they start laying. How many times will they molt their feather and change their coloring? These girls were born March 3rd. They are at the bottom of the pecking order in my flock. I got them from McMurray.
