Update! She just pooped kinda. It wasn't solid it was all water

Was there any blood in its poop? And any other updates?

How is she this morning?

She is awake when I pick her up but she struggles with walking or even sitting up. I put her next to food and she would peck at it a little bit but then close her eyes. She just can't seem to move on her own anymore

Sorry for the late response! There has been no blood in the poop it's just been like a dark green. Her poop is getting more solid as she is starting to some what peck at food a little more. I'm just concerned because she can't seem to move on her own. Every time she stands or sits up she starts to peep very loudly and then rolls to her side and kicks her legs out. When she is awake and I'm not holding her she will do light peeps and just lay on her side with her head up and looking around. There's a picture below of how she lays basically all day unless I'm picking her and holding her to get her food and water.

it could be any number of things, is she a singleton?
could be resting, could be mareks, could be cocci, etc, etc

can you bring a fecal to a vet?
does she have electrolytes?

After breathing her putrid breath while trying to give her fluids, I realized that her breath actually smells like rotting onions. I'm wondering if she has a mass of rotting onion grass in her crop. I know I won't be able to get that out if that's what the problem is, and we have no avian vet around here. My vet looks on the Internet for answers when I call him about our hens. He has no clue either, though he tries to help.

Massage her crop a couple times a day to break it up so she can pass it. Massageing works for me.

This hen is well now. It turned out that she had a 7 inch rope of hay that we put in the run, impacted in her gut somewhere. I managed to get her to pass the blockage after dosing her 2x a day with Dulcolax for about 3 or 4 days. After passing the blockage, she developed a serious internal yeast infection, which I treated with miconazole, and straight doses of probiotic powder from capsules, which took about 2 weeks to clear up.
All in all, it took 2 months to bring her back to good health, which was a miracle.

I do NOT recommend that people use hay in their chicken housing, unless run through a shredder first. Lesson learned!

Hello neighbours and friends. Need objective help... when it is you it is harder to be objective. I have a silver penciled Cochin bantam. She is a pullet. She is new to our flock and came with no signs of disease. Quarantined on arrival till sure for 2-1/2 weeks and she was good. Since she is small she gets picked on by the other birds and thought her withdrawn due to this. Her stools were a little loose and thought she had an upset tummy because of all the change and maybe having to compete for food. I have her in quarantine as of this morning. She is drooling the water she drinks out of her mouth . When I went to help her discovered a full crop ...massaged it....she vomited up some of it. I continued. Gave her nutri drench ...massaged it down ...made her eat a bit of grit...and a sip of apple cider. She is moving and interested in food and water. I let her be out today for a short while till I could tell she wanted to go back in . I want her to move! She also sounded like a sloshy water balloon this morning. Strange I thought so I learned to listen to the lungs by putting my ear up to the lungs like a stethascope and their was fluid . Not pneumonia but congestion. I gave her water with ACV and FF with grit and yogurt added to it. Called a friend about it she said it sounds good. She suggested iron free pediactric liquid vitamin in the water. I forgot to get it when I was out ! I did get vet RX and she said put it around her nostrils and ( follow directions ) on the cleft of her mouth. She did the same water dribble out of her mouth this afternoon . I put her upside down and all her water she just drank came back out. She knows instinctively to keep drinking and that encourages me. I do not want her to dehydrate or it will be a doubly hard situation . Also put a few drops of vet RX in her water which she took a sip of. She is just taking in small little bits but we need to get her back to health and quickly. I do not want her digestion to shut down !

Her droppings are clear ...so is anything going through her? She had one dropping this morning with some brown in it. Age 11 month- 12 months old. Loose droppings for about 1-1/2 -2 weeks now. Thought it would adjust when she did. Had her for 2 months and she was normal before this. Came from an older woman who had to sell them because she was ill ( the woman - not the chicken ) and could not keep her anymore.
