Aha.....It's called SUMMARIZED alerts!

Wow, thanks, that helped me find more info:

The alert summerization attempts to make the alerts pop-up & page usable with high number or likes or ratings. Summerization occurs on accessing the alerts page (pop-up or full-page)

Feature details:

• Global Optional, Alert summerization by selected content type or user
• User Option to prevent marking as read when accessing /accounts/alerts page.
• User Option to prevent summerization when accessing /accounts/alerts page.
• User Option to adjust summerization threshold

Supported content types for alert summerization

• Posts Likes
• Post Ratings (From Post Ratings)
• Conversation Message Likes (From Conversation Improvements)
• Report Comment Likes (From Report Improvements)

Not sure if this was done on purpose, or if it has been this way, but i was going to reply to a thread and changed my mind. Cleared the editor, and I used to have to "delete draft" so it isn't saved. Now it seems to be automatically deleting without me clicking on it. I see the brief pop-up "draft deleted". Nice!!

I discovered something kind of annoying on here today, that I think should be fixed. One a poll that you start, you can choose to have people not be able to see the results unless they vote. However, not even the poll-starter can...

Is there a setting where you can choose to get an alert when someone votes on one of your polls? It not, this would be a nice feature.

In our desire to show our appreciation for our awesome members and their contributions to making BYC great, we've been making some awesome progress on some of the items posted in this thread. For example:

1. Display "Thread Starter"
2. Fix "Search In Thread"
3. Open vs. closed contests (done with Prefixes)
4. Add-back chicken smilies / emoji
5. Update mobile apps for Andoroid & iOS (working on it)

We've got a bunch of other things we're working on and hope to have updates soon!

While we don't expect to be able to grant all the requests, we'll do our best, especially on the ones that most of our members want. Please make sure to reply with your ideas and feedback, and also "like" the ideas and suggestions you are most interested in seeing us work on next.

The TS thing is fantastic!!

I don't see anything about 'viewing all images within a thread' on your list?

That loss is truly a shame considering the 'love of pics' so widely touted,
especially on those big old threads and even the newer ones. PagingScrollingPagingScrollingPagingScrolling to review or find a certain image is mind numbingly laborious and ineffective.

That is a real question as well as microrant.
