~The Forests of Avalon, A Dragon Roleplay~ 2

"I wish for the rulers to be destroyed, they have long had it coming for them. My family was exiled many years ago for a crime my father commited before I was born. They speak of fair trials and justice, but they failed me and I will bring it back to them." Her words rang with authenticity, as part of it was actually true. Camilla had as good as exiled her after Jasper's plot was revealed, and they weren't even family members.

"Where have you waited out this exile?" He asked, turning around and walking towards the water.
She wasn't much of a threat, whoever she was, although she did seem to know a bit about him. Her words were interesting, but more importantly what he had wanted to hear.
This both troubled and excited him, "Why do you come to me?"

"On the outskirts of Avalon. As you probably know already, Pelendava's guard is severely lacking and it wasn't hard to remain undetected. I came to Caronia first for help, after hearing a rumor that the city wasn't just a myth. When it became apparent that Caronia would be no help, I came to you."

Tisep was searching for something to eat, it had been a few days since she had eaten something. This bad habit of going days without eating has got to stop, she thought to herself. Eventually she grew bored; she couldn't pick up any interesting scents. Caronia's been going downhill ever since Tenebrae died. We need someone to take over really soon, its seriously beginning to become a white elephant.

Chandler was perched on a flat, dry stone next to the riverbank, the sun sparkling on his wet scales. His wings were stretched out to let them dry and his eyes were half closed in contentment, it was a good day. The sun was warm, the sky was clear, his belly full and best of all... it was quiet. He didn't mind the hustle and bustle of the city, it kept one alert and on their toes, but at times it was nice to step outside that all and relax without having someone pester him.

He stepped into the water, "I highly doubt they will be so lax in the coming days. Why would you think I may be of help to you?"

"To be honest, I don't know yet. However, since you are the only one around here that shows some promise I figured you'd be the one to ask."

He snorted, "Pssh, who have you been talking too? I am promise, the rest of you are just shadows. Irritatingly solid shadows."

He took another step into the water, "Tsk, tsk. Known me for less than an hour and making demands? You are lucky I have let you go on this far, do not pester me for answer yet."
The water was ankle deep where he stood, silvery and fogged, "Is there anyone else with you, friends, passing acquaintances? Does anyone know you are here?"
