Swallowing loudly, she continued her slow backing up, keeping pace with him along the edge of the cliff, although not nearly as graceful. She let out a small, startled "oof" sound when her back hit the rock wall behind her, they had nearly gone in a half circle. She crossed her wings in front of her body, adding some protection, although small, from his claws or poison if he ever decided to use it. "What do you want?" She whispered, her voice tense "I brought you the meat, what more you do want?"

He continued onto the outcropping, once more on semi-level ground; yellow-green eyes glaring through her, focusing seemingly through the back of her head. He snickered as she raised her wings, such pathetic defense.... One good crack, the blood would spill from their delicate silk... And then, perhaps, if he aimed right, the air would ring with such glorious screams.... What to do next?... What to do next....
He smiled, cruel intentions glittering as brightly as the hornet colored poison that dripped from his jaws. "What more do I want? I wouldn't ask that question if I were you..."

He took a jetblue tipped claw and wrapped it around one of the fingers of her right wing, his face directly in front of her own. "You do not know my kind, do you? Never seen one like me, have you? I will tell you one of our secrets, hows about that little one?" He paused, eyes now darting around her face, " I have no fire to burn you with... In fact, my bite is probably nothing compared to your Tenebrae. But my gift... It is much, much more. Wanna see?"

He laughed, but instead of raking his claws across her, he pulled back. Lowering his talons and sweeping the area with a whoosh of his tail. In a quarter circle, where his spines had brushed, lay streaks of the same yellow substance in his mouth. They bubbled and hissed, eating into the rock, "It's even better when used on something alive..."

Christina watched with wide eyes and flinched backwards into the rock at his touch, curling the small, delicate fingers on her right wing into a tight fist out of instinct. She knew that look he had in his eyes, staring through her like he could read her thoughts. Sometimes the warriors would get that look in their eye and nothing good ever came out of it, at least on her end. They seemed to enjoy it. Her heart beat rapidly in her chest, and with that look she swore he could hear it threatening to rip free of her chest and run away. The fingers on her left wing began to tremble, the claws hitting each other lightly to make a distinct clicking sound and she closed them into a fist aswell to hide it.

Yet despite her obvious fear, and much to even her surprise, she found that even now she could speak. "I have heard of your kind..." She murmured so quietly that if he hadn't been leaning in so close he might not have heard it. "The rogue dragons speak occasionally of you when they pass through the city. If you're trying to make a point... you've made it." Her gaze fell to the ground where the acid was bubbling, and she took a deep, shuddering breath, wondering if it would be her last. She had always known that her death would be at the claws of one whom she served, but she had always assumed it would be Lord Tenebrae himself to deliver the death blow, not some new dragon who had shown up randomly and asked to join. But it was what it was, and instead it was Silv standing in front of her with his claws raised, in the end it was all the same. She closed her eyes, not wanting to watch the yellow acid dripping front of teeth or bubbling on the rock any longer. She wouldn't give him the pleasure of seeing her split second of sheer terror as he killed her.

Dragonoth flapped Silently Closer, "Well, what do we have here?" he asked behind the Dragon, His huge bulk landing with a skitter of pebbles.

He chuckled and clicked her chin with a talon, no acid hissing at his touch, "Keep your eyes open, little sprite, your ears as well. Parrots don't stay long among pigeons, if you know what I mean." As quick as he was upon her, he was meandering away towards the cliff's edge once more, "I want something fruitier tomorrow."

He picked up the carcass, smiling as he spotted Dragoneth, "Hey, wanna play a game? I call it etcha-sketch, you can be first. It's excruciatingly painful and it's been my experience that no one really makes it to the second round." Although his voice was muffled his tone was light and wicked, he shoved off from the face of the cliff and disappeared into the shadows below, "Maybe next time, eh?"

Christina exhaled deeply, relieved that he was gone. Though he terrified her, she did find herself highly amused at his comment to Dragonoth, being that she knew now what he could do and that she found the other dragon somewhat annoying. Once he was gone, she leaned up against the cliff wall to slow her breathing and unclench her fists, slowly relaxing her tensed muscles. Yet despite her efforts to relax she still couldn't shake the horrible feeling of him leaning over her, touching her with his claws. She drew in a shaky breath and inclined her head to look up at Dragonoth. "What are you doing here?" She rasped, her voice rough and edgy. "They know you are here now."

"We'll is there a reason for them not to? i simply did not show myself until now, and if you think he could poison me, well, they could." her glanced at her than turned around, he shot off into the sky.

Above them, two dragons were circling, ready to intercept Dragonoth when he left. They had been watching Silv and Christina, and had spotted Dragonoth the moment he appeared. The larger one circled around to intercept him while the smaller one, a female dove after him, slicing through the air with alarming speed.

Dragonoth whirled around, " Odd." he watched them incoming and the smaller female coming in fast, the spikes on his back came up, he watched them, awaiting the blow.

But the blow did not first come from the female. Instead the male, who had circled below the trees, came up underneath Dragonoth and crashed into him, claws outstretched. The blow knocked him sideways and off balance, allowing the female to slam into from from above without meeting any of his claws. The combined affect of both blows sent him spiraling down towards the trees with the female riding on his back, her claws sank into his wings.
