Bianka hunted within a mile radius of Caronia.
Saphira searched for Ruth, wanting to comfort her.

Silvanus slunk down in one of the cave pools, closing his eyes and resting his head on the damp lip of it.
He had wanted an apprentice. but she was so... Not apprentice-y. Maybe a practice a apprentice? That might work.
Never heard of one of them before, but it might just work. Might being the key word. What was the worst that could happen?

"Well, Samuel and I are to review the crime scene with you, and Camilla is talking about a new training program." Dread replied, "Decide?"
"Belial.. I have heard that name somewhere." She breathed, "G'Frillore."
Her back began to sting again, wounds reopening as she pulled the skin taught with her wing beats. She was so tired, she didn't want to talk to this rogue, or anyone for that matter.
"How far... Is Pelendava.. from here..?"
"Decide to do about the attacker." He clarified with a slight nod at what he was to be doing with them.

"G'Frillore." He repeated with a slight smile. "What an interesting name. Pelendava is about fifteen miles to the..." He paused to look around and get a sense of where they were "Southwest of here. But perhaps you should take a break." He suggested. "Pelendava isn't going anywhere, and you look half dead to be honest."

Saphira finally found Ruth. She sat by her side for a minute, then tentatively drew her rough tongue over the dragoness's shoulder and draped a wing over her. She remained silent, knowing no words could help the pain this kind dragon must be feeling. She couldn't even comprehend her pain. Well, actually maybe I can the words flashed through her brain before she could stop them, and she shuddered. Then she pushed those thoughts away, forced them out. Now was not the time.

Bianka gorged on a deer.

Ruth flinched at her touch, then slowly relaxed. She drew in a shuddering breath and looked at Saphira, her eyes deep green pools of raw grief. "Who could have done this? Who would want to hurt Henry?" She sobbed around tears that shimmered in her eyes. "He wouldn't have hurt a fly!"

"Well, there isn't much we can actually do at the moment. We are not sure he or she was, or where they came from. There are several hinting at Caronia though." Dread said.

"Thanks." She said flatly. Like hec she would stop, 12 miles. Psssh, she could so do twelve miles. Sorta, maybe.
Anyways, she wasn't about to take a break, she highly doubted she could airborne again if she did. And something about Belial....
He seemed kind enough, although a little too much so for a rogue.

Alistair gave one small nod in understanding, he had known Camilla long enough to have expected her accusation. "Very well, the site isn't far."

"Let me find Maggie first." Samuel inturrupted, turning away from them. "Camilla wants her to come with."

Belial frowned, the look appeared to be in concern, when in reality frustration was pricking at his belly. What was so important to her? "What is the matter? Why do you need to get there so fast?" He tipped his head to the side.

"let us be off then, I'd like to be back before too late." Dread said, reading his wings.

"They can... patch up my back." She replied, falling into a glide once more.

Alistair muttered in agreement and pulled himself into the air, he didn't want to be out too late either.

Belial cocked a brow. "Hmm.." He knew she was lieing, partially anyways. Maybe she did want that, but he didn't think thats why she was in such a hurry to get there. A thought began to form at the back of his mind, pulling from hunches that he had been gathering since he had seen her. Suppose she was coming from Caronia, it was a long ways but she seemed exhausted and nearing the end of her stamina. It was possible. Suppose then that she had been attacked by someone from there, that part was almost certain. Of course she would have been attacked just strolling into a place like that. Assuming that she had been there of course. And now, she was alive, she had survived the attack and was high tailing it back to Pelendava. An attack by a wild animal wouldn't have sparked that kind of reaction, nor a rogue he didn't think. And why was she being so secretive about it? Maybe she knew him, knew who he really was. That was a possibility, or maybe she had found something out, a piece of information that she couldn't risk letting out before she had reached the city? He tapped two of his claws together in delight, tucked up underneath him, he loved to solve puzzles like these.

"Someone evil, so evil. Without a hint of goodness in their hearts." her heart wrenched at the thought of the kind dragon who had first greeted her. She may not have known him well, but she could've bet he was sweet and kind.
