Are you thinking of developing a new autosexing breed, or doing a cross to produce sex link chicks?

Regardless of bantam or standard size, the rules are the same. Pick birds of color from the correct catagories, and you will get autosexing young, such as seen in this thread for red sex links -

Standard breeds which are autosexing (such as Barred Rock) should also be autosexing as bantams.

Technically yes. Males have one type of head spot and females have another

Yws, maybe cuckoo, but they're the same thing, just different feathering speeds

That depends on the breed. Some take far longer to sex than others
