Bee - I am leaving my work because we are moving 1500 km away to Quadra Island. Rather the equivalent of moving from Wyoming to Seattle. You are probably chuckling yourself and saying "right, just last week I asked her if she was the one moving to the house on the beach"!

Blooie- be careful if you use my buckef. My usual bucket has a turtle in the bottom!

Sarah, I'm hoping for the best for you. Are you happy about this move? Try not to overdo on the packing and moving. Take it easy. Thinking of you. This is a big step.

Oh, I forgot to share this.

My mom has a condo and she had this lady lined up to rent it in March. Her boyfriend snuck his name in on the lease too. The handyman at the condos saw the guy and asked my mom about him. He told her to talk to the management company about him so she called her and found out that he was a disbarred attorney and was not a very nice man. He had lit his girlfriend on fire a few days earlier and she was in the hospital. Need I say they did not pass the background check and requirements for living in my mom's condo? She was really worried that he was still going to try and move in, but he didn't. She has since decided to sell the condo. It closes the end of the month.

You can read about the incident here. It was also on the local news in M/SP last night. It was probably in the local paper too, but my mom sent me that link.... I hope they lock this guy up for a long time.

Just look at that face. Nice looking man. Until you look into those soulless eyes. Nothin' there. Creepy.

@Jellybean... Oh yeah, he is a very good friend. He gave me 18 Aussie eggs a year ago and gave me these Auracana eggs. The incubator problem must just be me. The other time I used it I got 14 of the 18 to hatch. I figured that was a bit of beginner's luck though.

I bet that guy in the article has a bullet waiting for him someday. Scary looking dude.

I wish that was my yard, it is a picture taken from my dads backyard, but he is only a few minutes from me.

that is a scarey story. Good thing she found out before!! you just never know with some people...
