Oh, yeah! It was yummy with lots of butter, salt and pepper. Ken and the kids always eat their squash with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, but I'm a purist!Love that! Why didn't someone tell me it takes as long to cook etc a Hubbard Squash as to grow it! Funny, Blooie. But worth it for the taste right?
