i told my dad that I think Clairee is a amber star and not a california white. He said she is def a california white

what do you think she is? I am 90% sure she is laying eggs, they just aren't white. i don't have food dye to put on her vent.. Idk how to tell if she's laying or not.. do you know any other tricks to tell if a hen is laying?
