Actually, YES, I am an addict! (Since I admit I am an addict, it isn't a problem, right?

I will be having chickens coming out my ears.

only chickens ? your not an addict until you have all kinds of fowl just because......I have a imprinted turkey poult (small mixed breed ) I would give away it hatched alone...and i had some week old chicks but turkey would get knocked over by them all the time, so it got a lot of care...ended up brooding with some Silkies then some LF thought it was over it...moved it outside into a youngster area it escaped ran around my yard calling for me ,following me ,went in with some meaties do for freezer camp today got picked on..back in the basement it went with some different Silkies until it gets a little bigger and can get into less trouble..

I have turkey eggs coming this week.

Midget turkeys! Not the hatchery kind- the ones I'm getting average 14# for males and about 8.5# for females, so they're about the size of large chickens.

Can they be in the same coop and run with chickens? Of course making sure there is enough room but just wondering if they will continue to get along post maturity.

Yes, I've had big turkeys lots of times and they always got along with the chickens. I plan to raise these with chickens and let them all run together.

Hmmmmm. How do turkeys figure into chicken math? If they are in the chicken coop but not chickens, they don't count at all, right? I'm going shopping for turkey eggs now!
