The 16th amendment to the constitution made the income tax making it part of the constitution. So what would the court rule on, if the constitution is constitutional ?

The Supreme Court determined it is a tax even after Obama argued that it was not a tax.



Article 1 section 8 of the US Constitution gives Congress the power to raise money to support the federal government. Section 7 requires laws regarding revenue and expenditures to begin in the House of Representatives, so ALL tax bills MUST be introduced by a member of the House of Representatives.


Obamacare was NOT introduced by a member of the house.

This alone should be enough to get it repealed.
