The Hen/Roo Game - 14 weeks

I have 2 suspects. Luna and Nugget. They are about 14 weeks old. Nugget is a RIR but I really don’t know what Luna is. She was all yellow as a chick.

They both look like pullets that will be laying in about 4 weeks or so. It is hard for me to tell which is which, but nothing on either of them screams rooster.

Sorry, the first 3 pics are Luna. She looks to be some sort of RIR but she was a different color as a chick and is smaller than the rest. Nugget is the last 2 pictures and both of them have me feeling suspicious with their curved green tail feathers. No one is crowing yet so that’s a good sign I suppose.

I thought the same thing about the curvy feathers, but the combs should be huge at that age if they were male. Here are some other pictures of feathers that show the difference.
