I don't know anything about your bantams but if you are getting them the end of January and they are day old chicks they would only be 3 months old the end of April. Jan to Feb = 1 month Feb to Mar = 2 months Mar to Apr = 3 months. Not being smart or meaning to bust your bubble but it all depends if they are day old or a month old when you get them.Does anyone think that my Bantams RIR's, coming at the end of January, would be okay to show at the end of April? That's 4 months, which, according to my friend (who is a certified judge). Is the age in which you can show birds, but she also said it depends on how fast and well they mature and feather out. Are RIR Bantams a fast maturing breed? I'm more than willing to wait to show them if that's still pretty young.

Hey there,LMAO. My bad. Never was good at math, lol. When I get them, they will be 3 or so days old, in the mail. I hope they all make it through shipping. So I guess I won't be showing them until August. Fine by me, plenty of time for them to look nicer and for me to condition them. I hope I end up with 2 nice trios.
VIVI,
Those sure are cute baby's, i love the deep color! They look so nicely feathered
