I'm sure they are Rhode Island Reds but not what I call Heritage. These are my youngsters a couple of months ago from last spring/summer hatch. I also raise Rhode Island Whites.

What the boys look like now. I have them in bachelor coops and pens.

I agree. They appear to be hatchery-stock Rhode Island Reds.

That looks more welsummer to me but I am no expert.
