The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Charlie jogged over to the group, glancing uneasily at the dead dragon the whole way. “Hey, is everyone all right?” He asked when he was finally within earshot. He had intentionally slowed down and lagged behind the others for a while, and, lost in his own thoughts, had failed to notice that everyone was so far ahead of him until he heard some distant, very un-Earth-like snarling. The sight of the dragon, laying motionless in a scaly mound, had frightened him even more than its voice.

(If Charlie was with the group he definitely would have been killed by Eve since he’s pretty oblivious XD)
(XD I mean, it was just a whisper. Rylie just has super acute hearing)
“What were you doing?” Kyle demanded..

Carson sat on the cave floor, Bucks head in his lap. "C'mon, Buck. You're kind of scaring me. You know I wouldn't be able to handle it if I lost you. Especially here."
Buck's ear twitched, then a few moments later, his head lifted. He blinked, a bit dazed. Suddenly dizzy, he puked, thankfully not on Carson's lap.
"Buck! Hey, buddy, how are you feeling?"
"My head... It doesn't feel right."
"You probably have a concussion from hitting the wall. I'm a bit thankful that dragon threw you when he did, though."
"What?! Why?!"
"If he hadn't, no one would've been able to cover your ears in time. Eve used her powers. You might've died."
"Oh..."

“What were you doing?” Kyle demanded..
“Uh-“ Charlie ran his hands through his hair. This led to the realization that his hood had fallen off, and he absentmindedly put it back on, despite the fact that it was soaking. “I was behind you guys.” He turned to look again at the dragon. “What killed that thing?”

“Eve,” said Kyle, with a respectful nod in her direction. “With her voice. She prevented a lot of people from getting hurt.” Could have given more warning though.

Does she want a high five? Charlie stared at her for a moment, uncomprehending. Finally he seemed to figure it out. He squinted at her, wondering if she was hiding a machine gun under her jacket.
“Eve,” said Kyle, with a respectful nod in her direction. “With her voice. She prevented a lot of people from getting hurt.” Could have given more warning though.
“Oh- woah.” Machine gun voice. “Dope,” What if she sneezes? Would that kill us? Charlie looked around for the cat uneasily, hoping that Eve wasn’t allergic.

Take heard footsteps coming in his direction, but didn't acknowledge her arrival as he kept chucking stones up at the grotesque glowing worms on the ceiling out of boredom. When he finally ran out of decent sized stones in his proximity, he turned his head towards her. He looked at her face for some time before replying "I dunno.." in his usual speaking tone. "Why are you? Is Emma all good?" he asked, scratching his temple. Oddly enough, he did feel like sleeping, but at the same time he didn't for whatever reason.
"Can't sleep." Blair murmured, her fingertips tracing the ground. "She's fine for now. No infection. Hard to tell if it will stay that way, though." She rolled onto her back abruptly, ignoring the sharp stone digging into her back. She sighed heavily, looking at the strange, glowering worms on the ceiling. It took her a while to say something else, her mind whirling with many different thoughts at once, her expression blank and she didn't blink, her gaze distant. "Once we find everyone, how are we even going to get out of this place? Kindly ask another portal door to appear?"

Take smirked slightly, “Hmph, insomniac” he commented hypocritically, not taking his gaze off her even as she moved. Though he gave an insightful hum to her update on Emma. He reached behind his head and pulled out the sweater that he meant to give her earlier, “Here, for Emma.” he spoke briefly, tossing it on top of her neck. He thought about her words, How will they get home? He looked back up at the ceiling, crossing his arms, “Ask Korim’s Grannie? That old lady would probably know something.. old people always happen to know something.”
