I wouldn’t really call Indiana south, but hey we all have our own ideas about stuff. Honestly, Muddy, I’d probably die in Indiana winter.

I’m barely inside indiana but yeah it’s still too cold for me here too of course even Texas is below freezing right now!!!

I spent the afternoon deboning two deer quarters. I really don’t like deboning, it’s tedious work. But I am kind of fussy, I want to remove all the fat sand as much sinew as possible..

I have two hind quarters left to do.
