Rock Star -7 Months old today. Comb correcting itself with the weather change. Wings tighter now that he perches at night. I was trying to get a picture of him relaxed so that you can see that he does has a nice back, but when he sees the camera...out comes the chest with shoulders back so his back appears smaller. BTW, look at the underfuff...it is starting to lace up. Those gold lines will be lacing in a couple of months. This will complete the lacing- 100% e

Yes, they are Greenfire's line. IMHO, though, if it were me, I would get on Rockinpaints waiting list for this Spring since she has the very same line as mine + her newly imported, non related line of GL. That way, you'd have more genetic diversity. It is of my opinion that although these are beautiful, they are newly imported and are still just project birds. They are still not breeding true. Rock Star is one of 9 cockerels. Of the 9, two look like they will have complete, bold lacing. Two had almost complete lacing. The other five looked like they had a ways to go in type and lacing. And, you won't have my luck, but, I purchased 12 and my ratio was 9/3 -k/p.

??? Up here in Northern Maine we have had snow almost constantly since Halloween!

How did you only get such a little amount of snow and here we got over 12" this last storm! Geez Louise someone has to speak to that weather man!!

Wow nice, is that a Pygmy or a Dwarf? Those are huge birds regardless! I am still learning but how well do they lay eggs? I have read the imported Orpingtons don't lay very well. (please forgive my Orpington newbie numbness
