Well, I learned yesterday I am not a photograher unless there is a big demand for chicken butts and half a chicken pictures. Thought Joy might recognize some of the north of the border chickens. I couldn't get pictures of everyone but will keep trying. These were taken during my unauthorized breaks from working on the barn. Betty wasn't there so there were a lot of breaks.

Now I understand, I went over to the barn this evening and there were tractor trailers parked all over the place, license from Alabama, WV, Virginia. I thought I was getting some shipments in but dag gone it they were loading up! Anyone have any ideas? Ha, Joy, she's on to me. What is the old saying, give a man enough rope and he'll hang himself.

I just got a text from Tonya that's she's just left Julie's house. Keep her and her kids in your thoughts for a safe trip home.

It was really nice meeting Tonya today. She has beautiful children. Her daughter has gorgeous skin and eyes. Her little one is cutest thing. Her oldest son was very quite. We had a nice short visit. Wish it could have been longer. Imogene came over to pick something up while she was here, so she got here in time to meet Tonya too. She went home with two very large blue cockerels. I am praying she has a safe trip traveling. Tonya your a mighty sweet gal.
My grands have been here since Wed. nite and we dropped them off later in the afternoon and their parents were back in town to pick them up. Seems so quite around here now. Just got the chickens penned back up for the evening. I may sit down and rest a bit. It was a good day.

So did Kaylee give you the "look" with those big eyes of hers? I've seen it more than once when she's trying to talk Tonya into something at the poultry auction. You're right..... Tonya is very sweet.
