I have exciting news!

I... am a GRANDMOTHER!! Not really, but my Julie and Joy babies have babies!! I've stuck every egg they've laid in the incubator and the first two hatched.

As you can see, he is NOT happy about the photo shoot.

This is so exciting. This is the first time I've hatched my own eggs. My Brinsea is full and I have eggs waiting to go in.

I can see how this could be a problem...

Joy Congrats on the Golden Laced chicks. Can't wait to see pictures. I will be getting my pair of Golden Laced from Greenfire in the fall.

I candled my first eggs from my beauties from you today. I really didn't expect anything but WOW they have been busy when my back has been turned. I can't wait to see these little chicks.

Am sending good travel vibes to everybody getting chicks and eggs. Also, I shipped 6 chicks to SC yesterday, so am hoping for a safe, speedy journey for those as well !!!

Renie - I've had this set up with Paul for at least a year, so I feel sure that is why I'm getting my chicks now. I think I have 10 coming.

Jenny just told me that I was getting mine first.. but that's ok... I was told it would be fall... soo I have been busy hatching these lovely BBS babies and enjoying every min of it....

Mine will come and I will be a very happy camper too.
