Well folks, I just wanted to let you all know that I paid for a juvenile pair of the pure english orpington yesterday from Jeremy. I am very excited. WOW, wasn't even looking for anymore birds at the time. I just clicked onto rare breed auctions and there they were. I looked at them, liked them but still clicked off RBA. Later, got to thinking about them and clicked back on placed bid and clicked off. Later, I got an email from Jeremy (very nice person) and ended up buying this little pair of (Royal Blue's) ha,ha. Should be getting them in a week or so. I have an old coal bin in one side of my basement that is approx. 6' X 10' and this is where these two babies will be till spring. lol No way will they go outside with a chance of anything getting them.
I just can't figure out which will be more protected, This pair of English Orp's or the Trio of Barred Rocks from jwhip that I just received 10/27. Next year is going to be a very exciting time around my house.
