The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

This is a photo of a TEN WEEK old trio I shipped off this week. The pullet on the right is out of a SOP hen by Monty, my imported EBO K. Please compare her to my avatar.I think she will be a force to be reconed with next year, after she finishes getting her main tail, since her comb is an improvement on her mother's. Thank you Monty ! She will be shown.
I wish them the best of luck :)

Some pics of my babies, nobody wanted to be bothered today

Lemon Cuckoo

I really like those lemon cuckoos. Are those the ones you got from Jordan?

My Jubilees have started to lay! I am so excited to start hatching them out in the next few weeks! I know for sure that the Roosters are mounting the hens. One question that I have is how often do you all "trim" there rear ends? I have trimmed my Chocolates a few times but they were not near as fluffy as the Jubilees. All of the birds you guys have posted look great! anyone have any Mottled or Spangled Orp Pics?

Nate

Im waiting to hear from our Dee, if she had a good time at the show? Shes a busy girl..just wanted to see how she made out touring all those lucious orps..high class collection of eye candy..
